Your talent for building relationships and working in partnership with clients, including leveraging your existing networks with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, people, agencies, and partner organisations in South Australia will ensure you excel in this role.You will:Undertake tenancy & property management, working alongside tenant’s support providers.Portfolio located across the metro and regional South AustraliaTenant support coordination, managing rent arrears, conducting inspections, and tenancy exitsAllocating properties and assessing applicants against program eligibilityWork closely with government departments, clients, support agencies, and relevant departments.About YouYou will demonstrate relevant experience providing client focused tenancy management services, including the ability to work with a diverse range of clients.  In addition, you will have a good working knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and an understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural issues in South Australia, including their social, political, and historical context.Essential Criteria:This is an Identified position. The Role
