The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our dedicated housing services team where you will be responsible for delivering high quality tenancy and property management for our ACHL portfolio of properties in the region. Your talent for building relationships and working in partnership with clients, including leveraging your existing networks with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, people, agencies, and partner organisations in South Australia will ensure you excel in this role.

About You
You will demonstrate relevant experience providing client focused tenancy management services, including the ability to work with a diverse range of clients. In addition, you will have a good working knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and an understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural issues in South Australia, including their social, political, and historical context.
Essential Criteria:
